Standby At Company 36

On Saturday September 20th four members from the “TRUCK HOUSE” and Driver/Operator Ron Elliot from Company 54 went to the Citizens Fire Company in Mount Holly Springs to cover Truck 36, while their members were working the fair.

Carbon Monoxide Emergency August 7, 2014

This morning Engine 53 was requested by Shippensburg EMS to monitor the Residence for the possibility of CO.  The Engine Company arrived of scene and began monitoring, The meter readings were over 300 ppm. The Cumberland Valley Hose Company Officers would like to Congratulate the following members for completing the requirements for Interior Firefighting at Harrisburg Area Community College Public Safety Training Center.  Keep up the good work and continue furthering their education in the fire service.   Congratulations to Patrick Rockwell, Jake Shoemaker, Robert Lehman and Raymond Pennwell.  

Engine to Interstate 81

On August 4th at 0:04 hours was requested by Command 15 to assist with a motor vehicle accident involving fire and entrapment. Units arrived on scene and found two semi-trucks fully involved with fire. Photos by Denny Clopper
